中國(guo)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)油(you)大學(北京(jing))副(fu)校長金(jin)衍(yan)教授表示,人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)是(shi)(shi)引領新(xin)一(yi)輪科(ke)技(ji)革命和產業變革的(de)(de)戰略(lve)性技(ji)術(shu)。作(zuo)為石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)油(you)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)化行業領域(yu)的(de)(de)龍頭(tou)高(gao)(gao)校,中國(guo)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)油(you)大學(北京(jing))于(yu)2018年(nian)12月12日(ri)成(cheng)立了石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)油(you)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)化領域(yu)第一(yi)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)學院。三(san)年(nian)來,人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)學院圍繞“高(gao)(gao)起(qi)點、高(gao)(gao)層(ceng)次、新(xin)體(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)、新(xin)機制(zhi)(zhi)、小實體(ti)、大平(ping)臺”建設思路(lu),搶占油(you)氣人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)復合型(xing)高(gao)(gao)層(ceng)次人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)(gao)點,在油(you)氣人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)基礎(chu)和應(ying)用基礎(chu)研究方面取得眾多創新(xin)成(cheng)果,發起(qi)成(cheng)立“油(you)氣人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)產學研創新(xin)聯盟”,成(cheng)為推動我國(guo)油(you)氣行業智能(neng)化建設進(jin)程(cheng)的(de)(de)一(yi)支(zhi)重要力量。與(yu)此(ci)同時,金(jin)衍(yan)教授也提出(chu)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)油(you)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)化人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)未來發展的(de)(de)三(san)點思考:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)搶占油(you)氣人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)技(ji)術(shu)發展的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)(gao)點、二(er)是(shi)(shi)持續強(qiang)化基礎(chu)研究和人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)、三(san)是(shi)(shi)推動開放交流和務實合作(zuo)。

中國工程院院士、中國石(shi)油大(da)學(北京)張來斌(bin)教授(shou),針對目前油氣(qi)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產需求,提出以大(da)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)、人工智(zhi)能(neng)、云技(ji)術、數(shu)(shu)字孿(luan)生、工業互聯網等(deng)信息化技(ji)術為手(shou)段(duan)、結合機理模型(xing)與數(shu)(shu)據(ju)挖掘(jue),對油氣(qi)生產系統及裝備進行安全(quan)(quan)(quan)感知(zhi)、智(zhi)能(neng)檢測(ce)、評估(gu)診(zhen)斷(duan)、預測(ce)預警、干(gan)預處置,實(shi)現儲運系統全(quan)(quan)(quan)過程、全(quan)(quan)(quan)要(yao)素、全(quan)(quan)(quan)生命周期的(de)運行維(wei)護,推行風險預控(kong)、關口前移和應急兜(dou)底,從而達到系統本(ben)質(zhi)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)、提質(zhi)增效的(de)目標的(de)油氣(qi)生產系統智(zhi)能(neng)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)運維(wei)技(ji)術。

中國(guo)油(you)氣智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)科技(ji)大(da)會以“智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)驅動油(you)氣未來,數(shu)字助(zhu)力能(neng)源轉型”為主題,同期舉辦“第五(wu)屆石油(you)石化人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)高端論(lun)壇(tan)暨(ji)第八(ba)屆智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)數(shu)字油(you)田(tian)開放論(lun)壇(tan)”。兩天(tian)會議時間(jian),大(da)會主論(lun)壇(tan)共計(ji)有21個主題演講(jiang)報告,學術論(lun)壇(tan)共計(ji)有16個學術報告。
